My children's wear/baby range

Here is my project were I started looking at 'Mexican day of death' combined with the celebration of life and death and looking at children and birth, in both cases I think we should celebrate both. So with the use of bright colours and skulls I've created my  own chidren's range to celebrate this. I have made my skulls funky and fun to take away the scary imagery from them.

Here are some of my life drawings and blind drawings I think the pen works really well and creates movement.

Here is my flower bowl which I made in first year, my first go at using copper consisting of worked copper.

I wanted to include texture to the metal so I used the plenising hammer to create a polished finish to the petals.

I am pleased with the finish piece of this and would like to continue with working with metal and exploring the different aspects of metal and what the limits are. 

ladies

These are my gorgeous ladies which I've loved doing. They represent different  feelings and emotions that ordinary people go through throughout their lives, my favorite is the hug, it shows the feeling of being comforted when a person feelings at their lowest doing that there is someone else to comfort them :)
